With a view to satisfy increasing demand for better healthcare delivery from the service providers, Mumbai-based Oriel Training and HR Solutions recently launched of Bonding which is their (PRM) Patient Relationship Management.
This training programme has been initiated to help healthcare professionals provide better services to patients be being more sensitive, polite, professional and effective. It is aiming to equip its participants with good professional conduct and communication skills thereby creating an efficient and friendly service providing health organisation.
This programmes is targeted at the non-medical, para-medical and medical staff of hospitals, diagnostics centres, nursing homes, clinical staff and those associated with delivering healthcare services.
